Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and adaptable Program Lead to join our organization. We are continuing to grow a set of business capabilities that support the transition to value-based care for practices not yet operating within the integrated Privia technology environment. As part of this evolving function, you will be responsible for owning key aspects of this development with a strong bent toward healthcare technology, data, analytics and reporting, building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring efficient data exchange with partner organizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Non-Platform Operational Leader whose market-facing role will significantly affect major projects for the candidate. Work closely with other departments (e.g., IT, Learning & Development, Market Operations) to ensure seamless execution of technology implementations and support for non-platform practices.Data Exchange and VBC Application Management: Oversee the long-term strategic and tactical development and optimization of technology, like an EHR sidecar application, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards. Manage and enhance the quality and timeliness of data exchange supporting the EHR sidecar application.Data Source Research and Integration: Research and prioritize additional data sources to enhance Privia Health’s reporting capabilities. Collaborate with market teams and practices to integrate these data sources into reports that aid in performance management and drive value-based care success.Identity Management Tools and Change Management: Lead the implementation of identity management tools for non-platform groups, ensuring smooth integration into existing systems and workflows. Partner with IT to manage the change management process, guiding non-platform practice adoption.QRDA1 File Attainment and Troubleshooting: Track, monitor, and troubleshoot the attainment of QRDA1 files from all medical practices, ensuring compliance and accurate data reporting. Partner with the markets to provide support to practices in resolving any challenges related to QRDA1 file generation and submission.Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all new processes introduced in this role. Ensure that SOPs are clear, accessible, and consistently followed by team members and practices to maintain process integrity and quality.Course Development and Training Support: Collaborate with the Learning Team to facilitate the creation of training courses focused on value-based care practices and workflows. Track and report course completion rates and ensure timely and effective delivery of training for practices utilizing Privia Health's technology stack.Continuous Improvement and Reporting: Regularly assess current processes, identify opportunities for improvements, and implement solutions to optimize workflows and outcomes. Provide regular reports and feedback to leadership on progress, challenges, and recommendations for enhancement within the value-based care program.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred3+ years of experience in value-based care. Concurrent experience with healthcare technology, data or EHRs a plus.Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and other project management tools, like Monday.com. .Experience with HIEs, data exchanges, metric development and data management.Familiarity with value-based care models and reporting needs.Skills:Solid understanding of healthcare data, including claims data, patient outcomes, and financial reporting.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, new, and evolving work environment.Key Attributes:Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving responsibilities in a newly established area.Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex healthcare data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on meeting the needs of stakeholders.Process-Oriented: Ability to develop and document processes and procedures to improve efficiency and standardization.
The salary range for this role is $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
