The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a **Lean Practitioner (VC-25B)** to join our dynamic team in **San Antonio, TX.** **Position Responsibilities:** + Connect Lean principles and strategy to execution and results – mature Seek, Speak, Listen and closed loop for continuous improvement + Lead and develop Lean strategies for BDS to include all facets/ functions of business + Develop and deploy systematic approach to capture and replicate best practices + Operationalize data analytics into daily Lean practice and priorities + Establish and deploy functional and business rotation program to accelerate learning and execution + Create robust communication strategy – integrate and connect businesses with deep partnerships across functions **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.** **This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
