Description We are seeking a Level 4 Engineer to join our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be primarily focused on overseeing and managing cloud technologies and ERP solutions, as well as ensuring business continuity and cybersecurity for external clients. Responsibilities • Overseeing the implementation and management of cloud technologies such as Azure. • Managing Hyper V/ VMWare and ensuring their efficient operation. • Utilizing PowerShell, Terraform, or Azure DevOps for various tasks. • Handling storage-related matters and ensuring the security and integrity of data. • Providing support to an enterprise-level company with thousands of VMs and a data center. • Overseeing the use of CRM and ERP solutions, ensuring they are effectively utilized. • Developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring they align with the overall goals of the company. • Performing audits to evaluate the effectiveness of IT systems and procedures. • Handling contracts, ensuring they are properly managed and adhered to. • Ensuring business continuity by developing and implementing effective business continuity plans. • Managing cybersecurity, ensuring the company's data and IT systems are secure. • Handling computer hardware, ensuring they are properly maintained and function efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required. • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must. • Ability to develop and implement ERP Solutions is necessary. • Demonstrated skills in IT Strategy development and execution are required. • Previous experience in Auditing is essential. • Capability to manage Business Continuity Planning is necessary. • Strong understanding of Computer Hardware is required. • Experience in managing Contracts is a must. • Proficiency in Cyber Security measures and protocols is essential. • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory is necessary.
