Position Overview: This role that will support the Commercial Virtual Design and Construction team with a focus on building and managing Revit models. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural, structural and MEP systems as well as the ability to collaborate effectively in the remote team environment.

This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid in Raleigh, Riviera Beach, or Newport News , in accordance with Ferguson Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote. Our ideal candidate must be in Eastern time zone.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain and troubleshoot detailed Revit models for ductwork, mechanical piping and plumbing trades.Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.Create and manage drawings, schedules, and other project documentation using Revit.Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices.Perform model reviews and quality control to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.Provide technical support and training for team members on Revit software and BIM processes.Stay updated with the latest Revit features and BIM technologies to continuously improve workflows.

Qualifications:5 years of experience working with Autodesk Revit in a professional setting.Strong proficiency in Revit, experience with modeling and coordination a plus.Experience with BIM processes and standards.Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems and their integration within Revit.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage numerous projects.Certification in Revit or related BIM software is a plus.

Preferred Skills:Experience with other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).Previous experience in a similar role with a mechanical contractor.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$4,799.70 - $7,791.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
