This is an in-office role that will support the Commercial Virtual Design & Construction team. Our ideal candidate would be in the Eastern or Central time zone, preferably within commuting distance of locations in Riviera Beach, FL, Newport News, VA or Raleigh, NC. **Responsibilities:** + Model all trade layout per contract documents + Works closely with VDC Specialist to resolve clashes + Participates in coordination meetings + Follows BIM processes and standards + Produces shop drawings & other drafting deliverables + Follows the BIM Execution Plan and internal coordination process + Building/Manipulating Revit Families + Tracking any VDC issues throughout the coordination process **Qualifications:** + 1-3 years or more of related work experience required + Experience with the Autodesk Construction Cloud (AutoCAD, Revit, Glue, Navisworks Manage, etc.) and Microsoft Office + Knowledge of Construction practices and understanding of Building Codes for Mechanical and Plumbing/Piping Systems At Ferguson, we care for each other.
