Job Title: VDC Training Lead - Remote

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced VDC Training Lead to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for our VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) team. The successful candidate will collaborate with project teams and management to assess skill levels, identify training needs, and develop training materials that align with industry standards. This role involves mentorship, continuous learning, and tracking the effectiveness of training programs.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver comprehensive training programs that cover all VDC processes and tools, ensuring continuous professional development for all team members.Collaborate with project teams and management to assess skill levels and identify training needs and gaps.Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring they are updated with the latest industry standards and software updates.Design and manage structured training programs for the VDC team, ensuring alignment with department goals.Collaborate with the VDC Supervisor to provide tailored training as required by specific projects.Track the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.Essential SkillsProficiency in VDC/BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Evolve, etc.)Experience with Revit, BIM, Revit MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and BIM 360.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Advanced degree or certifications in VDC/BIM is a plus.Minimum of 4+ years of experience in VDC/BIM Manager, with a focus on training and development.Work Environment

The work environment involves collaborating with project teams and management, utilizing various VDC/BIM software tools, and maintaining up-to-date training materials. The role requires a commitment to continuous professional development and performance tracking to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00
