Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate company of Enterprise Mobility, has exciting opportunities for multiple Vehicle Acquisition Summer Interns in our New Vehicle Acquisition Department!

 

The Vehicle Acquisition Intern will be exposed to real life work experience while providing administrative support to the Vehicle Acquisition and Incentive teams in the New Vehicle Acquisition (NVA) Department. The Vehicle Acquisition Intern will play a pivotal role in communicating with dealerships and tracking/updating the status of vehicles for our clients in our internal databases. This person will demonstrate a high level of customer service to internal and external customers, manufacturers, and dealers.

 

This exciting opportunity will be located at our Fleet Operations Center at 2281 Ball Dr. in Maryland Heights, MO. This is a hybrid position (minimum of 1-2 days a week in-office) with a schedule of Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) from May/June - August 2025 with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities Deliver a consistent high level of customer service to internal and external customers, manufacturers, and dealersInitial and follow up communication with dealerships via phone calls and emailsConfirm vehicle status with dealership and update internal EDGE databaseUpdate training and reference tools for our Incentives teamUtilize EDGE database to show correct pricing and make adjustments as neededContact OEM for collectionParticipate in department projects as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or olderMust be a Sophomore or above, enrolled full-time for the Fall 2025 semester in a College or UniversityMust have at least 3 months admin/clerical/office experienceMust have at least 6 months customer service experience Must live in St. Louis, MO or an immediate surrounding county during Summer 2025Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week during May/June-August 2025Must be willing to accept $16.00 per hourMust be able to meet the Work from Home technical requirements belowExperience with Microsoft Office productsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
