Vehicle And Asset Auditor Fluent in German & English

About this role:

Wells Fargo is looking for a Vehicle and Asset Auditor to join the Field Services Group team in the West of Germany (Dusseldorf, Dortmund, or near the Dutch border). As part of this dynamic team, you will conduct inventory inspections, contributing significantly to risk management and providing insights into portfolio trends and collateral status. Reporting to the EMEA FSG Manager, you will also have the opportunity to assist with collections activities when needed.

This field-based role involves extensive travel within the territory and potentially beyond to support the team. In this role, you will:

Participate in audits of floor plan inventory at various dealerships and companies.

Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile with business records through effective communications with account managers.

Review approval requests and ensure completion of all operating and action measures within established timeframes.

Inspect physical existence of collateral and verify the borrowers' records to determine adherence to approve loan structure.

Receive direction from supervisor to ensure accurate responses on customer inquiries and disputes.

Exercise judgment in determining the cause of discrepancies and disposing of any variances.

Assess condition of collateral with prompt and accurate reporting to confirm the collateralized position.

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.


Required Qualifications:

Experience in Collateral Examination, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education.

This role will be based in the West of Germany (Dusseldorf, Dortmund or close to the Dutch border).

Must be able to speak English & German.
