Mazda of Wesley Chapel, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an opening for a Vehicle Exchange Specialist (VES) - VIP Affiliate Manager. They are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to identify customers with equity in their vehicle(s). The VES will work with customers to customize the trade-in of their current vehicle and purchase of another vehicle.
What will I be doing?
Utilize scheduling software to identify customers and dig deeper into data base to determine equity levels.Work closely with Used Vehicle Manager to obtain appraisal figures and vehicle exchange options.Contact customer, provide information and set-up appointment to review details and options.Document research and communication with customers in CRM.Greet customers in the Service Drive and waiting area and engage in friendly conversation to obtain information about their vehicle.Utilize hang tags, email, phone follow up and direct mail to stay connected to customer post service visit.Follow Up with customers and develop a pipeline of prospects.Who are we looking for?
