Hourly base pay rate is $17.79 - $26.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Primary point of contact for resolving client and auction transportation issues

Assist with the transportation of aged units for our commercial clients

Partner with repo agents and partnering transportation companies to get units to the auction in a timely manner

Assist with advanced charge payment of invoices for client transports

Look for innovative ways to cut down days to transport for our clients

Assist with our public buyer processing and other administrative duties

Use of our DHL, Oracle, AutoIMS, and AS400 system to gather data on client transports

Demonstrate effective prioritization skills by understanding the role of assigned tasks within the comprehensive lifecycle of auctioned cars

Demonstrates professionalism and sincere appreciation for the business relationships that have been established amongst the client and Manheim.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

High School Diploma/GED.Generally, less than 2 years’ experience in a related fieldSafe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required. Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.  Basic computer skills required. Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.  Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.  Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.  Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.  Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb. 

Preferred:

1-3 years of auction and/or vehicle registration experience preferred. 

Work Environment: 

Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level.
