Create and update the list of VINs/Fleet from the ONS Report (CTFs/EQFs/ORVTs = Quality Fleet) for each program(s) with the quality team.Working hours will be from 7AM-3PM eastern timeLook into eCVMS reports to make sure what the status of these VINs are (In-Service or Out of Service) and correct drivers assigned to them.Track and drive for expedient releases for the latest VESCOM.Ensure VeSCoMs are set to released with proper DVUL and documentation prior to vehicle reflash.Understand VINs that are under deviation/SCS-129-130 and work around it.Write Nuvolo Tickets for each reflash event (VeSCoM releases)Schedule meeting notices with the respective users/drivers for the reflash events.Coordinate any roadblocks (working with CIEs/DREs/suppliers/Movimento team/residents etc.)Update GIMs daily for each reflash event.Use the “Every Vehicle, Every Time” process and update GIMS with proper VeSCoM information.Support pulling VIP DTCs using fleet data collection tools and provide to the necessary issue owners.Support and coordinate reflash events for Captured Test FleetsDrive for execution of the OTA Confidence Launch Plan within the regular CTF update events.Work with Movimento/OTA, SW VSEs to drive for quick issue resolution and ensure vehicles are fully updated and drivers are not left stranded.Act as the SBAT master for CTF working with Movimento to remove SBATs from CTFs when found as well as report them to Cybersecurity.Provide known issues list to prevent MILs and DIC messages that are known from keeping vehicles down.Write PRTSs for certain issue found during reflash.Additional Job DescriptionRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience/education in field3-5 years of industry experiencePrevious experience working on Global ProgramsHigh level of ability to work independently and generate create innovative solutions.Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with peers to drive issue resolution.Demonstrate analytical ability and problem-solving capability.Demonstrated high level of oral and written communication skills.Good interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of quality techniques, procedures, and principlesAbility to work out of a variety of locations including the Service-Learning Center, the Warren Reflash Center, Milford Proving Grounds, and other remote locations as needed.Preferred Requirements:
Program Quality experience (Vehicle, Propulsion, Software)Solid understanding of the Global Vehicle Development Process (GVDP)Understanding of Software Development and Lean Agile methodsProgram Management understanding or backgroundWork cross functionally with several departments with a minimal amount of cross-functional training.Strong Communication skills are needed in this role to optimally communicate across our diverse teams.Understanding of Functional Safety/DVULAbility to collect and read vehicle CAN data, Qualifier data, and OnStar data.Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. Compensation: The expected base compensation for this role is: $75,000 - $119,000.
