Responsibilities\n
Client relationship & Business development \n\nCustomer service and customer problem solving \nReview work orders and discuss with clients, co-workers, and supervision \n\n
Operations \n\nMaintain professionalism \nAbility to follow direction; read and understand common danger placards\/labels and hazardous warning literature including site safety plans \nDemonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents \nMust comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws and policies\n\n
Organization & management \n\nAssist in ensuring department goals and objectives are met \nPromote workplace improvements and development \nContinuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology \n\n
Technical \n\nAbility to teardown\/disassemble complete vehicles\nRecord data \n\n
Other \n\nMust be able to stand for long periods of time with continuous bending and twisting, with the ability to perform work inside areas of varying dimensions; involving squatting and crawling for possible extended periods. \nMust be available to work scheduled hours depending on the needs of the customer \nMust be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; and work overtime as required \nAny other duties as assigned \n\n
