Currently we are looking for a Vendor Compliance Advisor 2
The Vendor Compliance Advisor 2 is responsible for providing advice and assisting in the execution of enterprise-wide best practices and programs for vendor management.
What you will be doing Onboard new vendors including initial due diligence and risk assessmentsMaintain and update vendor records and assisting with the vendor management solution and vendor onboarding processCompletes periodic vendor due diligence and risk assessmentsAssist with ongoing vendor oversight, such as the re-credentialing of existing vendors, ensuring data integrity and determining if a vendor should remain activeGenerates scorecard requests for supplier performance monitoring.Assist with analyzing exception requests and communicate approval or rejectionDevelop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both business stakeholders and vendorsComply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy What will make you successful Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceDemonstrated experience in vendor management and complianceGood critical thinking and problem solving skillsGood oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactGood organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skillsGood collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areasGood data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skillsGood Microsoft Excel skillsGood customer service orientationSelf-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently to completionAble to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentGood knowledge of operating systems such as vendor management systemsGood knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and productsGood knowledge of sourcing practices and vendor managementUp to 5% travel time requiredHyland’s Offering
