Vendor Contracts Manager
ResponsibilitiesPrepare vendor contracts by incorporating vendor budget and scope of work into standard contract templates.Submit contracts to vendors for approval.Review contract documents for accuracy and technical completeness.Compose, proofread, edit, and prepare correspondence using MS Word.Manage contract approval/execution process and document all required approvals including legal and management authorizations.Manage and track vendor contracts and supporting documentation.Document deviations from policies, business processes, and standard operating procedures.Assist Director of Contracts in secondary negotiations.Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.Ensure departmental and office content on SharePoint is monitored and updated.Work on related projects and update manager on project status.Communicate with other U.S. and international offices in a team environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in process improvement and facilitation.2-4 years working in vendor contracts administration.2+ years in contract negotiations.Bachelor's degree required.Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) is strongly preferred.Work Environment

This position is 100% home-based.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00
