Vendor Engagement Test Lead

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Vendor Engagement/Test Lead, to support a large health insurance client of ours. This resource will act as the liaison between the vendor and enterprise for upcoming releases and help support a very large testing team. This resource will be expected to engage with the proper teams to identify defects within releases of the vendor application and help resolve the said issues. They will also be responsible for reviewing release notes, submitting tickets to the vendor, and making sure the documentation is accurate for people to create new test strategies off.
Additional responsibilities:
Engaged in solving and reconciling issues,
Working with teams that are out of this groups control to communicate issues properly.
Understand the application and coordinating teams that connect with the vendor applications.
SWARM process.
Runs calls with all necessary POCs when issues arrive and create a resolution.
Actively participates in team discussion and openly shares opinions while being inclusive of hearing and considering other options.

Skills and Requirements
Hands on testing or systems engineering background so they can get into the weeds as needed.
Experience working as a Vendor Lead/Liaison to identify and communicate testing/performance issues
SDLC Lifecyle
Experience with tools below for documentation, troubleshooting
Salesforce for documentation will enter tickets into salesforce.
RQM
SNOW
Health Insurance knowledge around Medicare, Medicaid, etc. (enrollment, claims, etc.)
