JOB SUMMARY

This job supports multiple teams (Sales, Product Engineering) by specializing in understanding the technical aspects of the EHS platform and integration touchpoints, explaining them to potential vendors and/or customers.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact, and technical liaison, between Sales, Engineer, and Vendor relationsInterpret and communicate effectively with customers, partners, and colleagues to ensuring all pertinent system requirements are metRecognize and issue recommendations to customers to align with cost-effective resolutionAssist in modifying and resolving issues with clientsAlign on functional teams to ensure common goal alignment on a given initiative/projectCommunicate and align as needed assistance to the sales team to provide respective supportEngage customers and clients to cultivate customer rapportOther duties as assigned or requested.


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

Bachelor's Degree5 years in Information Technology and Information Systems 3 years in Strategic OR Analytic Consulting3 years in Vendor Relations OR Customer Engagement3 years in the Healthcare industry

Preferred

Master's Degree3 years in Sales
