Citizens Private Bank has accelerated its strategy to build out Wealth Management, scale Business Banking, grow deposits, and expand in key growth markets. We are looking for talented individuals with a demonstrated track record of delivering a gold glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty. Citizens Private Wealth presently manages and advises on over $20 Billion in assets, offering a wide scope of services, expertise, and research, while intimately focusing on each client’s unique circumstances.
As the Business Analyst, you will complete elements in the definition, requirements, design, build and delivery of a project or Program. More specifically, you will be responsible for building knowledge of the company, processes and customers to analyze business processes, identify requirements and proposing solutions to meet the needs of the organization. Additionally, you may be asked to solve a range of straightforward problems and analyze possible solutions to said problems by using standard procedures. You will also understand key business drivers, and use your understanding to participate in project planning, testing, and implementation. Although, no supervisory responsibilities are required, you may also provide guidance and support to new associates.
Primary responsibilities include
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers.Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.Collaborate with internal teams to define vendor requirements and expectationsConduct regular performance reviews and audits of vendor deliverables, addressing issues as they arise.Support vendor selection process, including issuing RFPs, conducting evaluations, and negotiating contracts.Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and any necessary amendments.Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and enhanced service delivery.Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related inquiries or issues.Mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, ensuring business continuity.Prepare and present reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to senior management.Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract management.Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.Hours & Work Schedule
