Kforce has a client in Salisbury, NC that is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst - Team Lead. Summary: As the team lead, the Vendor Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring cases are being worked in a timely manner. They will be responsible for tracking the teams progress on open cases , sharing updates with leadership and providing additional information around case issues. The Vendor Management Analyst will work with the analyst to support case research and provide additional help as needed. Responsibilities: * Working to research vendor and supplier cases to determine underlying issue * Using invoice and statement data to identify short paid invoices, category price discrepancies and incorrect invoice data * Partnering with vendors to review the case and determine best course of action for correction * Partnering with internal business partners and finance to reconcile and correct vendor payments * Using multiple systems and data sources to investigate root cause of vendor and supplier discrepancies in invoices and payments
