As a Vendor Management Specialist you will partner with many cross functional teams within the Digital Brand Services department in facilitating TLD launches, maintaining global domain requirements and managing DBS vendor requirements. This position is ideal for results-oriented individuals with strong problem solving and analytical skills, initiative, a well-organized project management approach, and an understanding of how the interrelationship of processes, technologies, and people create results.  The TLD support team works on researching and configuring new TLDs globally. This is an exciting team to work on because of the global nature of their projects.  As a member of this team, you get to influence business around the world.

 

Some of the things you will be doing:

Help build out and maintain datasets to support global vendor relationships Support Coordination of new TLD launches Gather and research registry policies to identify TLD requirements Effectively communicate and train internal teams on TLD requirements Provide Internal clients with clear and up-to-date information on compliance and eligibility  Manage vendor data changes and vendor-related cost changes Develop strong knowledge of TLD and vendor services applications Support configuration of new vendor accreditations and supplier setup process Develop and manage timelines for personal deliverables Timely and effectively communicate all deliverable risks and delays

 

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

Prior customer service experience in a business-to-business environment Fluency in English, as well as either French or Spanish is a plus Ability to learn new systems, technology and methods quickly A proven track record of working well with teams and with detail-oriented responsibilities Ability to self manage and work as part of a team to meet goals and deadlines Strong organizational, listening, and communication skills, both verbal and written Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
