ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We’re seeking a Marketing Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our B2B Marketing Creative team, working exclusively on our WeddingPro brand. In this role, you will create compelling, on-brand designs that resonate with our vendor audience, driving engagement and conversions across multiple channels! The ideal candidate would promote and practice user-centered design and motion in creating deliverables across web, mobile, email, social platforms and occasionally print. The majority of the work will be digital, with a heavy concentration on performance marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work under the direction of the Senior Manager, Vendor Creative Passionately maintain the look and feel of our brand’s visual style while finding new and exciting ways to expand our use of existing design elements Work on projects that include but are not limited to marketing campaigns, desktop and mobile web design, paid and organic social media, emails, and event collateral. Collaborate closely with internal teams to help ensure that the strategic goals and objectives are met Provide design production assistance to the rest of the team as needed

SUCCESSFUL VENDOR MARKETING DESIGNER CANDIDATES HAVE:

BFA or BA in Graphic Design or equivalent program 3+ years of digital and solid design experience (experience working on an in-house team is a huge plus) Must have strong knowledge of interface design (UI, UX) Exceptional portfolio of work displaying a range of digital media applications, web, mobile, email, digital banners, PDFs/one-pagers, etc. Sorry, applicants without a portfolio will not be considered. Excellent communication skills, organization and time management skills. Ability to multi-task various projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality is a MUST Desire to learn how the needs of our business drive what we do Must be a team-player, collaborator, problem solver and owner with a passion for detail An understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and other B2B tactics  An understanding of A/B testing particularly in paid social and email channels. Comfortable developing testing strategies and using the learnings to influence future design iterations. Solid background in responsive design, typography, illustration and infographic design. Print, animation, and event experience is a plus. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Experience designing in Splash and Unbounce a plus. Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Slides / PowerPoint. After Effects and Asana a plus.
