Amazon Vendor Services (AVS):
AVS is a strategic consulting organization that helps manufacturers and brands optimize their business on Amazon. We work directly with vendors who sell their products to Amazon through the 1P (first-party) model. Our team serves as trusted advisors to help vendors accelerate their growth and improve operational efficiency.
Strategic Account Services (SAS):
SAS is dedicated to supporting high-potential sellers on Amazon's marketplace through the 3P (third-party) model. We provide strategic guidance to help sellers scale their businesses, optimize operations, and maximize their success on Amazon's platform.
Key job responsibilities
• Provide strategic consulting to vendors and sellers to help them grow their business on Amazon
• Analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities
• Develop and execute account plans to drive business results
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including revenue, profitability, and operational excellence
• Resolve complex business issues and escalations
• Drive adoption of Amazon tools and programs
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
