VENDOR QUALITY/MRB COORDINATOR Job Purpose: To coordinate all activities associated with Material Reviews and Vendor Quality. Nature of Duties: Maintains control of the material in a secured area. Inputs required data into spreadsheets and other databases Coordinates actions with various members of the Material Review Board Holds daily Material Review Board meetings. Sub-Inventory transactions/transfers RTV Shipping Debit Memo for returning of materials Knowledge of scrapping of materials  Works closely with Planning and Purchasing Departments Works closely with Quality Engineers for dispositioning of NCMRs and getting signatures for sign-offs Responsible for daily move ticket Items (non-conforming materials from Production Floor) Work hand in hand with Incoming Inspectors Perform Internal Audits as required for ISO Certifications Create and revise Quality SOPs Education and Experience: 5+ years Incoming Inspection background Knowledge of MRB required Strong Office and Administrative skills a must IPC 610/620 Certification would be an asset Strong communication and organizational skills Able to coordinate daily MRB meetings and work as a team Knowledge of NCMR's (Non-Conforming Materials Records )  Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets a must Familiarity with Oracle a plus   Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
