**Job Title: Ventilation Service Technician** **Job Description** As a Ventilation Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. You will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems, clean and adjust systems, and perform warranty services. Providing technical direction and on-the-job training is also a key part of this role. You must have a good customer service attitude, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. You will interact with customers and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided. Daytime - Anytime from 4am to 6pm $24 - $32/hr **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. + Identify electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. + Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services. + Provide technical direction and on-the-job training. + Interact with customers and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction. **Essential Skills** + Experience with installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. + Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults. + Proficiency in cleaning and adjusting ventilation systems. + Strong customer service attitude. + Safety awareness. + Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Clean DMV record. + Self-motivated and a team player. + Willingness to get dirty and be presentable. + Comfortable with heavy travel. + Experience with air duct cleaning, duct work, and general labor. + Proficiency in hand tool usage and HVAC installation. + Knowledge of wiring and electrical repair. **Why Work Here?** Join a great company that offers a lot of work and opportunities for overtime. Work will include changing filters, helping with material, and learning electrical systems. The role involves heavy travel with sites ranging from Santa Barbara to San Diego and parts of the Inland Empire. Overnight Service Technicians work a 4/10 schedule, starting on Sunday night and working between 6 pm to 6 am.
