Verification Engineer
Job Title: Verification Engineer Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Verification Engineer to join our team. This role has opened up because our full-time Design Verification Engineers are transitioning into long-term architecture and infrastructure projects, leading to an increase in verification work. The group focuses on the chip, packaging, and software for display products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning design verification tasks, specifically the development and execution of UVM-based tests. They will develop test benches, execute test plans, automate tests if they possess scripting skills, debug/troubleshoot on the IC level, and manage documentation related to verification. Responsibilities + Own design verification tasks for display product projects. + Develop and execute UVM-based tests. + Create and manage test benches. + Execute test plans and automate tests if applicable. + Debug and troubleshoot at the IC level. + Manage documentation related to verification processes. Essential Skills + Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in UVM-based verification within the IC/SOC/FPGA realm. + Proficiency in SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM). + Experience verifying protocols and embedded microcontrollers. + Experience with MIPI and SPI protocols is a plus. + Proficient in using verification software such as Mentor Questa, Siemens Modelsim, or similar. + Experience with scripting languages such as TCL, CSH, bash, makefile, or Python. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), or Computer Engineering (CE). + Experience in display technology. + Proficiency in Python and Perl. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days on-site. More on-site days can be accommodated if preferred.
