**DESCRIPTION**
This role is a full-time, home office-based position with primarily a Monday-Friday work week. The Support Specialist will oversee multiple projects from concept inception through store grand opening and beyond, to ensure success and that company guidelines are being met. He/she will communicate and interact regularly with key client contacts as well as vendors and store owners to accomplish business goals and objectives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Serve as directly responsible individual and project manager for the building of 1,400 Total Wireless stores nationally
+ Partner with Master Agents and Dealers leadership to usher sites through the store build process ensuring SLA deadlines are met store are prepared for fixture installation within reasonable timeframes
+ Serve as main point of contact to Sr. Client Partner team re: all site statuses post lease execution; guiding the Sr. Client Partners on where to spend their time to assist on open questions and escalations as it relates to your funnel sites
+ Partner across multiple teams to develop and contribute on daily, weekly and monthly status updates and forecasts to Verizon leadership for store openings based on your deep understanding of your respective sites.
+ Self-starting; must be able to analyze data and reporting to determine your every next step ensuring speed to open is at the forefront of your decisions
+ Ability to ruthlessly prioritize various tasks and responsibilities in a fast moving and high stakes environment. High attention to detail is a must
+ Respond appropriately to changing client, program, team and organizational needs and requirements, with an ability to generate viable new approaches and solutions
+ Primarily work from home but will also travel to stores and meet with client vendors as dictated by business needs; assist with organization of, and/or attend special events
+ Other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Preferred Degree Project Management, Business, or Marketing
**Work Experience Requirements:**
+ 5-8 Years prior experience
+ 3+ years of verifiable success as a retail store associate or manager, or as a representative responsible for visiting multiple retail locations
+ 2+ years of wireless experience in market specific or national retailers, carrier, or indirect channel (dealer/franchise) and/or B2B
+ 2+ years of store visual merchandising (Planograms), and initial store installation/setup
+ 1+ years in a supervisory/management role
+ 1+ years working knowledge of project management processes and principles (PMI certification, Six Sigma, or similar highly desired)
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:**
+ Occasional physical activity may be required, e.g., carrying & setting up promotional material and installation of store collateral
+ Quarterly overnight travel and occasional weekend work
+ A self-starter and independent worker; ability to work independently and prioritize objectives, to multi-task with little supervision while taking ownership of assigned area
+ Must be extremely detail-oriented, self-organized, be committed to quality and be capable of tracking multiple issues simultaneously, meticulous follow up
+ An active and proactive team member; establishes, shares and incorporates best practices
+ Ability to understand stakeholder needs and to manage relationships with balanced confidence, being self-aware of how to approach different types of audiences
+ Demonstratable expert level Microsoft Office 365 and G Suite by Google skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams - Docs, Forms, Hangouts – Cloud based file hosting and preferably, Project or similar)
+ Multi-lingual HIGHLY preferred (English, Spanish, other)
+ Home office space with broadband Internet connectivity a must
