B2-Deutschkenntnisse: Du kannst selbstbewusst auf Deutsch mit unseren Gästen interagieren

Fundiertes Produktwissen: Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste und triffst passende Empfehlungen

Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit: Du bleibst auch in Stoßzeiten oder bei unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen konzentriert und professionell

Deine Aufgaben

Begrüße unsere Gäste stets mit einer “Guest comes first”-Einstellung und sorge für ein spaßiges Einkaufserlebnis. Entspreche dabei den hohen Markenstandards von Mars Retail Group und begeistere unsere Gäste.

Trage zur Umsatzsteigerung bei, indem Du aktiv verkaufst und unsere Verkaufsstrategien umsetzt

Führe Kassentransaktionen zügig und serviceorientiert durch.

Setze die Mars Retail Group-Richtlinien zu Qualität und Lebensmittelsicherheit um: So stellst Du sicher, dass unsere Gäste jederzeit optimal betreut werden

B2 German Skills: You should be confident speaking German with our guests.

Strong product knowledge: Understand guest needs and offer appropriate recommendations.

Flexibility and composure: Stay focused and professional during peak times or unexpected events.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Always greet guests with a “Guest comes first” attitude, creating a fun shopping experience. Uphold Mars Retail Group brand standards and delight our visitors.

Contribute to sales growth by actively selling and implementing our selling strategies.

Efficiently complete sales transactions at the register while providing excellent customer service.

Execute Mars Retail Group policies on quality and food safety: Ensuring our guests always receive the best possible care.
