ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Proven experience in leading and managing teams with a focus on achieving strategic goals.
Vertical Expertise: Extensive experience in verticalization with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to achieve business objectives.
Customer Centric: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey the company's vision and goals.
What you will do:
Lead the Vertical Sales Team: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and enhance customer engagement within five target verticals.
Manage the Team: Lead and mentor a team of vertical specialists to achieve business objectives.
Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team through team meetings, weekly reviews, customer meetings, customer calls, prospecting initiatives, funnel management, etc.
Performance Review: Review and help increase performance while maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction.
Account Growth: Grow the existing account base by adding new customers and increasing current customer spend.
Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets put forth by the business to help the company achieve and exceed overall goals.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to understand the competitive landscape and drive account penetration.
Sales Incentives: Create sales incentives to help meet short- and long-term goals.
Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts.
Communication: Communicate with senior leadership on progress, trends, gaps in performance, and corrective plans.
Education: College degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of eight years’ work experience in telecom industry, with at least four years in a leadership role.
Flexibility: Ability to travel as needed for meetings and client engagements.
Proficiency: Strong oral and written communication skills, proficient in SFDC, PowerPoint, Excel, and other systems used on a daily basis.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $101,500.00 - $166,750.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
