The VES (Veralto Enterprise Systems) Leader is responsible to support Esko business objectives, by utilizing VES tools and best practices and developing of the VES culture across the organization.  In this position you will provide coaching and training to various function leaders and associates to enable continuous improvement and sustainment of stronger results using VES tools.

This position is part of the Global VES (Veralto Enterprise System) team and will be located in Americas, hybrid/remote depending on location of selected candidate.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Establish and sustain partnership/followership with functional and regional leaders and other VESLs.

Identify and lead improvement priorities, action plan to deliver those priorities and improve VES maturity level.

Prioritize and align Kaizen Funnel for the main business initiatives. Coach, develop, guide and challenge facilitators, team leaders and leadership to ensure that objectives are achieved.

Facilitate Kaizens, Workshops and deliver Training where needed

Build VES skills across the organization by helping the leaders to identify capability gaps, certification candidates and supporting those candidates throughout the process.

Ensure that VES Fundamentals are being utilized intentionally and with the right mindset across the organization.

The essential requirements of the job include: 

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 5 years of experience deploying continuous improvement using Lean tools and methodology (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Problem Solving) and/or VES processes, with a focus on fundamentals (PSP, VMDM, SW)

Proven experience in Facilitation and Training

Fluent in spoken and written English; Spanish is a bonus

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to act as a trusted business partner, offering insights from business perspective

Strong relationship building, motivational leadership skills and the ability to create followership and influence others without direct authority

Adaptable, hands-on individual with a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to embrace and navigate organizational change with confidence

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
