This position will primarily involve responding to product inquiries, complaints, and adverse events in a timely, professional, and compliant manner, ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory and industry standards. **Location:** St. Joseph, MO or Duluth, GA (Hybrid 2-3 days in office) **Hours:** ~9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST **Job Type:** Full-time, Hybrid (Training period in office for 3 days/week) **Key Responsibilities:** + **Product Inquiries & Support:** Address and respond to product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events related to client products. This may involve communication with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, consumers (pet owners), and sales personnel through various communication channels such as phone, email, and mail. + **Technical Expertise & Compliance:** Maintain a high level of technical and clinical expertise related to client products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements by reading journals and attending scientific seminars. Ensure all communications are documented in the client Validated Database (PVWorks) in compliance with company SOPs, GMPs, and regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, EPA). + **Product Use & Education:** Provide accurate information regarding product use, extra-label use, literature requests, adverse events, unexpected responses to treatments, efficacy concerns, and product/packaging defects. Escalate complex cases to Technical Services Veterinarians as needed. + **Sales Support & Conferences:** Support both internal and external sales teams by providing technical support, answering client inquiries, and participating in veterinary conferences. + **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Participate in call analysis and report trends or issues related to product usage. Research relevant topics and prepare reports as requested by management. + **Additional Responsibilities:** Perform additional duties as assigned, including assisting with training or handling urgent in-office requests. **Required Qualifications:** + **Education:** Associate Degree or higher in Life Sciences or Veterinary Technology (Required). + **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant or technician (Required). \#LI-DNP \#INDBH We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
