As a Sr Product Marketing Manager focused primarily on VetConnect PLUS (VC+) group, you will be leading a small team to drive meaningful clinical and economic value messages about the product in collaboration with our global commercial marketing and customer facing teams to set goals and maximize delivery of adoption and utilization by our IDEXX diagnostic customers.

You will be part of a results-driven team where your key role will be to:
Lead VetConnect PLUS product marketing, leveraging customer insights to drive meaningful clinical and economic value messages in collaboration with our global commercial marketing and sales teamsPromote and drive customer adoption and utilization by deeply understanding and capitalizing on VC+’s value proposition and differentiation, identifying opportunities to personalize their experience and increase customer loyaltyProvide VC+ program leadership with Field Support Representatives, Customer Support, and Medical Consulting; managing training and tools and self-service initiatives in collaboration with these teamsBe an expert on competitive intelligence by gathering fresh insights on diagnostic and integration "portal" landscapeBuild collaborative ways of working between the Dx SW product marketing team and the CAG commercial teams for efficient and effective response to customer needsBe an ambassador for use of VC+ across the organization, globallyCreate awareness of NSAT and other value drivers, and trigger discussion with critical stakeholders when appropriate on what we can do more/better/different to improve service deliveryEstablish quarterly VC+ CRBs in collaboration with VC+ Product Management Team and Commercial Marketing TeamWhat you need to succeed
The right candidate has strong product marketing experience with a mix of both commercial and product management experience, where proven commercial impact and understanding is key.Commercial/Product Marketing experience (Marketing/Customer Service/Sales) is requiredStrong collaboration skills and team-oriented disposition with the ability to influence key stakeholders, foster collaboration, and drive results across cross-functional teams.You are able to build bridges between the commercial, product, and R&D organizations and you have a structured approach to finding and facilitating implementation of solutions to improve our service delivery. In this role, as Associate Director for VetConnect PLUS, you will have responsibility for collaborating to shape global initiatives, prioritize and advance an innovative product roadmap, and general management of this global platform, key performance and outcome metrics for the application.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional prioritization and resource plans for the VetConnect PLUS applications consistent with the overall IDEXX Purpose and strategic direction in collaboration with key stakeholders.Advance the product roadmap, in close alignment with senior management, to achieve aligned business goals for the VetConnect PLUS platform.Define and enable achievement of key goals and performance to key metrics.Leadership of product management and collaboration with software development and adjacent software product teams, integrating all activities into an integrated plan to achieve goals.Responsible for collaborating with direct team and cross-functional partners on the product roadmap prioritization which includes working with partners to develop business cases, ROI, resource plans and executing on innovation adoption and utilization goals.Lead a team of highly motivated product managers and their cross-functional product management teams and ensuring excellent customer experience.Work with our product marketing and the customer facing organization to determine optimal approach to SW releases, timing, communications and measures of success.Recruit talent as appropriate, both externally and internally, to advance the team’s purpose.Develop strong relationships within the IDEXX network as well as with key strategic partners.Communicate, support and lead execution of IDEXX Purpose and Guiding Principles.Represent IDEXX worldwide to employees, customers and suppliers.What do you need to succeed?
Leadership skills and abilities relating to global product management, SW product management and development processes, strong analytical acumen, agile development experience, technical understanding, influencing without authority, strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills, the drive and the ability to take ownership of all aspects associated with managing an innovative platform in a highly collaborative way.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.5+ years of progressive leadership and management experience.5+ years of Product Management experience in software highly preferred or related healthcare, biotech or diagnostics.Skills and Abilities
