This unique opportunity offers a 9-month consulting assignment to gain in-depth knowledge of Data Engineering. It is specifically tailored for veterans with 10+ years of experience from the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force.

We are Vehicle Software Factory, a part of Vehicle Technology
We are in Bengaluru and Gothenburg, and we proudly take ownership of our software integration and testing responsibilities. We test GTT's complete software deliveries and understand the full product, hardware, and software.
We will continue to grow in capacity and responsibility in the coming years! Electrification and CO2 challenges are keeping us busy, just like the need for improved effectiveness and efficiency in our software release flow. As part of GTTs (Group Trucks Technology) Vehicle Technology, we are working globally with all sites and with our colleagues in the other engineering departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage System Integration Planning for the Product (Vehicle) as per the defined roadmap. Drive and ensure Software and Hardware deliveries from Technology streams with the intended maturity level. Plan and Drive testing strategies and activities along with testing team and product owners globally and monitor the test object updates and test reports in each verification loop. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones effectively through regular meetings, reports, and presentations in reference groups. Interface and synchronization with Software & Hardware Product owners and other stakeholders including Complete Vehicle, Production & Aftermarket globally. Foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within team to drive continuous improvement. Lead by example, demonstrating a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making, and encouraging the team to embrace change and adaptability. Co-ordinate budget needs in collaboration with stakeholders and update to Portfolio Manager.
