Location/Division Specific InformationOur global Clinical Operations colleagues within our PPD® clinical research services provide end-to-end support for clinical trials from study start up to monitoring through to study close out, across commercial and government contracts. Together, we help clients define and develop clinical programs, minimize delays, and execute high-quality, cost-efficient clinical studies. Discover Impactful Work:The CRA Apprenticeship Program, specifically crafted with veterans in mind, is an exceptional pathway for transitioning service members to embark on an exciting career in the clinical research industry. This 12-month program provides an accelerated journey into the highly demanded Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role. We are currently seeking candidates currently living in the West or Central Regions of the United States. We are not currently recruiting for East Coast candidates at this time.A day in the Life:As a CRA Apprentice, you will experience immersive work experience, rotating through three distinct functions in our Clinical Operations business unit: Clinical Trial Coordinator, Assistant CRA (ACRA) and the CRA Academy.Progress through skill development training to gain robust knowledge of clinical research.Receive dedicated mentorship and support throughout the program.Enjoy competitive full-time pay and benefits.Option to apply remaining GI education benefits Upon completion of the CRA Apprenticeship Program, transition to a full-time CRA I role where you will perform and coordinate different aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process. Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $22.00–$22.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
