SALARY PLUS Compensation Model:
Guaranteed Annual SALARY paid month to month (range $110,000 - $120,000 depending on experience)
PLUS Monthly Production Bonus (we are paying your guaranteed salary UP FRONT and then you have the ability to produce up to and beyond this salary minimum. The additional revenue produced will qualify you for a production bonus based on a percentage rate of 21%-22%.)
Signing Bonus Package:
Sign on Bonus will be paid at start date ($40,000)New Grad Benefits Program for all New Grads for year one.· $15,000 Tuition Assistance Bonus to newly graduated veterinarians who commit to a contract by the end of 2024.· $5,000 CE for newly graduated veterinarians who commit to a contract by end of 2024.· Referral Program Eligibility Once you sign with us, if you refer “a friend” you can earn an additional $10,000.Other Bonuses
