The Racing Division of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking to hire seasonal Veterinary Assistants. Reporting to the Test Barn Coordinator, this position provides seasonal services at licensed racetrack facilities within the Commonwealth and related duties as assigned. The anticipated dates of service are April through November 2024.

Maintainingthe test barn areaina clean and professional manner
Collectingurine for post-race testing of racehorses, and following appropriate chain of custody procedures.

Typical schedule is five hours per day, 1-4 days per week.
The successful candidate will be required to pass an extensive background check that includes a full credit check, CORI, drug screen, and finger printing.
