An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and enthusiastic administrator to join our client care team. We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable person who is a great team player but is also able to self-motivate. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time permanent role working 40h per week Monday-Friday.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensuring all veterinary reports, referral letters and discharge instructions are typed, checked, distributed, and attached to patient records in a timely and efficient mannerProcessing insurance claimsProviding administrative support to our vets, reception team and wider organisation.Booking of appointments and surgical procedures for our clientsAssisting with general reception and admin duties as requiredAnswering the telephone to assist clients with any enquiries or queries.Benefits
