What You’ll Do: As a Veterinary Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our dedicated team, ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care in a clean, comfortable environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the entire veterinary staff with daily tasks.Keeping treatment areas and exam rooms fully stocked and sanitized.Assisting in the restraint of animals during exams and procedures.Monitoring and reporting any health concerns to senior staff.Keeping accurate patient records and sterilizing equipment.Assist with Dentals, Surgical procedures, and post-operative careAssist in the collection of samples (blood, urine, etc.), administer medications as directed, and fill medications.Plus more!

What We’re Looking For:

6+ months of experience in a veterinary clinic or current enrollment in a Veterinary Assistant or Technician program

Location: 3631 N Elston Ave, Chicago, IL 60618

We’re conveniently located at the intersection of Addison and Elston, just a few miles from Wrigley Field and right off the Kennedy Expressway.
