Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians and Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs) with examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Provide compassionate animal care, including feeding, grooming, and exercise. Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinary staff. Proficiently run laboratory tests such as bloodwork and urinalysis. Prepare examination rooms and surgical areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Safely restrain animals during examinations and procedures. Educate pet owners on animal care, medication administration, and post-care instructions. Assist with client communication, including scheduling appointments and answering inquiries. Help maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant. Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal care procedures, and aseptic techniques. Ability to handle animal restraint effectively and safely. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, veterinarians, and team members. A positive attitude and ability to contribute to our supportive, team-oriented culture.

Schedule:
