What You’ll Do:
As a Veterinary Assistant at Valley Animal Hospital, you’ll work alongside our veterinary technicians and doctors, assisting in patient care and ensuring our hospital runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in patient exams and treatments Preparing animals for surgery and helping in the surgery room Performing basic laboratory tasks (such as processing lab samples) Blood draws Assisting in radiology and dental procedures Providing compassionate care to our patients and excellent service to their owners

What We’re Looking For:

You’re an experienced Veterinary Assistant with a passion for patient care and teamwork. Detail-Oriented and Compassionate: You are efficient in your work and always maintain a compassionate approach to handling animals. Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment, contributing to the overall success and flexibility of the hospital. You’re eager to learn and grow, willing to assist with a variety of tasks to support the needs of the practice.

Schedule:

Full-time position with flexible hours. Shifts are a mix of 6-9 hour days with alternating Saturdays.
