We are looking for people who have a passion for pets and their people, and understand the importance of client care and compassion. The position can be challenging, but is always rewarding. Training is provided, and further skill development and cross-training is encouraged. Internal associate advancement is always a priority.

There is no typical day in veterinary medicine. However, typical tasks include:

Managing incoming clients and phone calls and educating owners on our offers and servicesContributing to efficient flow of the hospital from welcoming appointments through check-outEfficient and accurate appointment scheduling, medical info, and follow upProcessing accurate client payments and maintaining securityManaging electronic medical records, reports and correspondenceUsing our innovative tools to communicate and deliver a high end experienceSome lifting (up to 40lbs) and hands-on animal interaction

Wage range $19 - $23 dependent on skills and experience
