 We are looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team in our Mission location!

Responsibilities of a Client Service Representative:Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate mannerPrepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completelyEducate and advise clients regarding MVES/OVES services and practices Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all timesProcess invoices and payments accuratelyUpdate and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirementsAssist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for exampleSupport team to reach common goalsAbility to recognize and seek guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not applyAbout You:Excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with othersHave a fundamental knowledge of windows based computer programsProven effective communication and the ability to multitask and prioritizeWilling and able to provide exceptional customer service A motivated and dedicated individual who is self- motivated to provide exceptional serviceCheck out the video below to see what its like working at our Mission or Overland Park locations!

 Schedule and compensation:Pay starts at $16 and is dependent on experience4 ten hour shifts per week, 12p-10pShift differentials available for weekends and overnightsBenefits:
