About the Role: The Hospital Manager is a leader and an integral member of the hospital management team, working closely with both the Medical Director and Hospital Director to ensure that all hospital functions are fulfilled, and that the hospital operates at maximum efficiency at all times. In the absence of the MD and/or HD, serves in a senior leadership capacity and decision-maker.

You are a skilled supervisor who is competent, confident, and excited at the opportunity to add to your ever-growing knowledge base. You are experienced in overseeing hospital operations, customer service best practices, reporting and data analysis, problem solving and conflict management skills, and employee relations. You can work autonomously and delegate responsibilities to achieve results while providing clients, patients, and team members with meticulous and outstanding care in our hospital. You have an open mind, positive outlook, and work with an elevated level of professionalism. You are successful in navigating complex and sensitive situations in times of high stress.

At Specialists in Companion Animal Neurology, we are a boutique style veterinary neurology-neurosurgery practice with a mission to deliver expert and life-saving care to pets. Our team of board-certified neurologists and neurosurgeons counsel pet parents and veterinarians to aid them in making informed decisions about the best and most compassionate neurological care. SCAN and the team use gold standard diagnostics including high field MRI, digital radiography, electrodiagnostic (EMG), and CSF analysis among others to diagnose and treat diseases of the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves.
