What You Will Do
We are dedicated to building long-term relationships with veterinary practices to ensure the highest standards of care and product efficacy for pets. The Veterinary Partnership Manager (VPM) is a critical role within ElleVet Sciences’ new organizational structure aimed at enhancing customer retention and satisfaction.
The VPM will manage the entire lifecycle of veterinary practice accounts, from initial contact and sales to ongoing relationship management. This position is mission-driven, focusing on building long-term partnerships without the influence of commission structures.
+ Identify and engage potential veterinary practices within the assigned geographic territory.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for veterinary practices, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience.
+ Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with veterinary practices to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
+ Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer experience, and technical support, to provide holistic support to veterinary practices.
+ Track and report on key performance metrics, including customer retention rates, sales growth, customer satisfaction, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
+ Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to schedule and facilitate full staff training (FST) sessions for new accounts.
+ Ensure veterinary practices receive comprehensive training on product usage and best practices.
Who We Are Seeking
+ Experience handling all aspects of the client relationship, from initial contact to ongoing support.
+ Proven success engaging with and supporting Veterinary clients to understand their business strategies, challenges, and goals.
+ Ability to educate clients on existing products, product improvements, and products in the pipeline.
+ Keen understanding of market trends and ability to analyze data.
+ Excellent communicator, with sharp written and verbal communication skills.
+ Knowledge of digital tools and analytics to include Office Suite, SAAS-based B2B lead generation, and preferably some familiarity with Zen Desk and Hubspot.
+ Regional travel to both new and existing clinics in the Midwest, as well as relevant conferences and trade shows.
+ Familiarity or experience working with distributors, specifically in leveraging distribution partnerships to help lead generation.
+ 3+ years of experience building relationships with Veterinary Practices.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
