**BluePearl Pet Hospital in Paramus, NJ is seeking for a confident, caring, and results-driven Practice Manager to join our** **state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital.** **Th** **e Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital by handling the day-to-day operations of the practice in order for** **the staff to** **provide** **the best level of veterinary care to our customers.** **Pay:** $106,800 - $126,700 annually **As a Practice Manager, you will:** + Mentor, develop and lead a mix of 30+hourly and professional team members to excel and become a successful team focused on patient care. + Partner and oversee the doctor team, medical team, and client service representatives, guiding them to the next level of development. + Guide the financial and strategic business development to achieve hospital profitability. + Expertly handle the primary care DVM and patient referral base with a high level of sensitivity + Develop intra-staff relationships with a command of HR-related issues and state, federal, local legal compliance of relevant employment law. + Create and maintain hospital protocols to ensure efficiency, compliance, and the highest standard of patient care. + Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, fostering a positive and engaged work environment. + Oversee inventory management and cost control to optimize hospital resources without compromising patient care. + Implement and monitor operational workflows to enhance client satisfaction and streamline hospital processes. + Collaborate with regional leadership to align hospital goals with company-wide initiatives and industry best practices. + Manage conflict resolution among team members and clients with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills. + Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts to build a strong, resilient, and well-supported team. **Experience Preferred:** + Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Non-Credentialed, full-time Paraprofessionals are eligible for an annual CE stipend of $150. Full-time CVT associates also receive 8 hours of CE paid hours each year. Full-time VTS associates receive 12 hours of CE paid each year. Paid CE hours can be carried over year to year up to a maximum of 24 hours.
