**Job Title:** Veterinary Receptionist
**Salary:** £11.56 per hour (£16,831.36 per annum)
**Location:** Cinque Ports Vets, Hawkhurst branch
**Job Type:** Permanent, part-time
**Hours:** 28 hours per week, varied shifts between 8.30am and 6.30pm over five days a week..
**Cinque Ports Vets are looking for a pro-active, empathetic person to join their fantastic Client Care team!**
**Your role and responsibilities**
We are busy and your role will be varied. We're looking for someone who can multitask, loves a challenge and working at a fast pace, takes pride in their work; knowing you have made a difference to someone's day gives fantastic job satisfaction. A good sense of humour also helps!
**The duties will involve, but are not limited to:**
+ Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
+ Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures.
+ Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.
+ Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
+ Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
+ Processing prescription requests.
+ Taking payments.
+ Promoting offers and services.
+ Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.
