Vial Inspector - Entry Level Lab Assistant

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Vial Inspector to join our team! In this entry-level role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the quality and integrity of our vial packaging process. This position is perfect for individuals with strong attention to detail, including students or those seeking entry into the industry.

Top 3 Must-Haves:

Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to spot defects, inconsistencies, or contamination in vials.High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct visual and instrumental inspections of vials to ensure they meet strict quality standards.Identify and report defects such as cracks, chips, or contamination.Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and any corrective actions taken.Communicate inspection results to production teams and escalate quality concerns as needed.Work closely with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and best practices.Help improve inspection processes and contribute to continuous quality enhancements.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
