Vibee is a global travel experience company, providing exclusive hotel & ticket packages to the best music festivals, concerts, and destinations worldwide. We connect global travelers & music fans to curated Vibee destination experiences, as well as events from our exclusive partners like Live Nation, Insomniac Events, C3 and more. THE ROLE

Vibee is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Concierge team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for fans who purchase Vibee travel packages. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while verifying tickets, issuing event credentials, and assisting guests with any inquiries they may have.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Artist Knowledge

Maintain a basic understanding of the artist, their career, and notable achievements to engage and inform fans.

Guest Welcome

Greet and provide guests with their first welcome to their Vibee experience events.Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive, through their entire visit and experience.

Credential Verification

Verify identification and provide guests with the appropriate credentials, gift bags, or package elements.Ensure all required waivers or releases associated with their packages are completed.

Fan Engagement

Provide general information about the artist, Vibee packages, and the concert event.Stay informed about event details, including schedules, venue information, and special instructions.

Customer Service

Interact confidently and professionally with fans ranging from 30 to 70 years of age and from various professional backgrounds.Address customer service issues and manage fan concerns effectively and efficiently.Listen to fan feedback and complaints, providing solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Ensure fans feel attended to, maintaining a high standard of service befitting a VIP experience.Going above and beyond with every encounter.

Troubleshooting

Work with various departments to troubleshoot and ensure fan needs are fulfilled as promised.Coordinate with technical support, hospitality, and event management teams to resolve any issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and customer service skillsFamiliarity with ticketing systems and electronic scanning devices is advantageous.Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality or brand ambassador role or credential role is preferred.Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.Capable of balancing multiple tasks at one time.Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasksRemaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of timeOutgoing and friendly personality with a passion for meeting new people.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed.

 WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments on site at our events.May stand for extended periods of time and work in drastic temperature climates.Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines. Must be willing to travel as needed.
