Vice President's Office Graduate Assistant (AY 24-25 C91162)
The Vice President’s Office is hiring for the position of front office assistant/receptionist. Duties include answering phones, greeting guests, and assisting the Vice President’s Office staff with various duties, including copying, document preparation, and creation of flyers and graphics. This position would begin the week of January 27, 2025. First-year student is preferred. Days per week for Spring 2025: + Mondays: 12:00-2:00pm + Tuesdays: 10:00am-12:00pm + Fridays: 12:30-3:00pm Hours per week: 6.5 hours Requirements Student Employment Eligibility: Unless restricted by certain visa status, all students with an active status for the semester are eligible for jobs on campus. Hour Limitations: All student employees are limited to working no more than 20 hours per week in on campus jobs during the academic year (this includes exam periods). The only exception is when there is a full week when school is not in session.
