Vice President, Advisor Relations

Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Advisor Relations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team. In this role, you will build trusted relationships to create values for both clients and the organization and work internally with different parts of the organization to drive advisor relation agenda.

Responsibilities

Assist with the relationship management across targeted advisor firms to pursue generate invites for bids

Manage the advisor relations engagement calendar

Establish trusted relationships with key advisors

Develop a solid understanding of Genpact’s strategy and that of the competition

Interact with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization – establish strong relationships and understanding of their areas of focus and strategy

Identify client opportunities for collective pursuits to create value for our clients

Coach internal stakeholders on advisor briefings

Coach Internal stakeholders on RFP responses based on advisor input to ensure best content and storytelling

Conduct and lead events that facilitate meaningful interactions between Genpact leaders and advisors

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

Proven experience in advisor relations or similar relationship management role

Background in understanding deal flow, metrics, and management skills

Formidable leadership, outstanding written and oral communications skills, coordination, problem-solving and negotiation skills

Capable of working across complex organizations and environments prone to regular change

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively between different disciplines and have a high level of executive presence

Preferred qualifications 

Fast-paced, with the capability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines

Creative storyteller and speaker coach

Professional writing and editing skills

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to use creative thinking to identify and solve problems

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
