**Overview**
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
Epsilon is looking for a Vice President of Business Development to drive revenue in our Mid-Market segment. This position will report into the commercial leader of Mid-Market and emerging verticals. Performance will be evaluated through successful building of the sales pipeline, moving clients towards a signed contract, SaaS, media, and data revenue generated. _This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA._
**What You’ll Achieve**
+ Client Research – Pre-Sales, Outreach & Pipeline
+ Drive targeted sales outreach through:
+ Client & Industry financial performance and key initiatives
+ Existing monetization tech
+ Key contacts to target outreach
+ Introduction opportunities through common connections to key contacts
+ Salesforce / CRM updates
+ Organization of outreach and follow up cadence
+ Contribute and own accountability for regional new client pipeline
+ Prospect Communication
+ Lead the Sales team to build and present effectively, supported by:
+ Working with the Creative / Sales Support team to create branded demos and capability decks
+ Prepping with reports for initial sales meetings
+ Coordination with Legal for NDAs
+ Strategizing with subsequent presentations and pulling in cross-functional experts
+ Ensuring follow ups are happening effectively and on-time
+ Getting from “Yes” to Contract Signature and Onboarding Transition
+ Coordination with internal Legal team to ensure quick legal review and turnaround Managing early onboarding that can happen concurrently, including coordination with internal technical leads.
+ Team reporting & Financial Projections
+ Coaching/developing direct reports
+ Finding areas of efficiency for team success
+ Internal collaboration with product teams to provide feedback for the roadmap and quantifying new features.
**Who You Are**
+ **What you’ll bring with you:**
+ Working knowledge of eCommerce and onsite software utilized by transactional websites and digital monetization programs
+ Digital Media Expertise and Experience
+ Proficient knowledge in digital ad monetization
+ Ability to build presentations with a clear story and value proposition
+ Strong leadership and collaboration qualities – trust, loyalty, empathy, forward thinking, self-starter
+ Clear, concise and supportive communication skills to support collaboration across all levels of the company
+ Strong organization skills – proving the ability to prioritize to ensure deadlines are met
+ Ability to problem solve focused on being solution oriented
+ **Why you might stand out from other talent:**
+ 10+ years’ experience as a Sales Leader (Director and above) with ownership of a new business quota
+ 10+ years’ experience with cross-functional collaboration, including creative and technical
