Vice President, Card Acquisition - Chase Dining

Chase Dining, a part of Connected Commerce, is hiring for a new role focused on supporting our Customer Acquisition Strategy. This role will oversee dining-related strategy on behalf of Chase customer products that touch both The Infatuation and Zagat. 

As a Vice President, Card Acquisition within Chase Dining you will lead our customer acquisition strategy for Card products leveraging The Infatuation and Zagat digital and experiential channels. This is a highly visible position that will work in a dynamic, fast paced, collaborative environment to develop breakthrough marketing strategies to deliver meaningful growth. 

Job responsibilities

Develop and deliver innovative acquisition efforts within owned channels (digital and experiential) –  e.g. personalization strategies, placement optimization, test and learn initiatives, simplified origination customer journeys    Optimize strategies within paid channels (e.g. paid search, paid display) to deliver growth with target segments  Partner with Product Experience and Technology (PxT) teams to develop and execute product specific marketing strategies across channels Partner with Dining Strategy team to establish best-in-class offers for Card products that can be offered on these channels  Partner with Activations/Experiential team to optimize acquisition at events including but not limited to EEEEEATSCON Set prioritization of new initiatives and strategy changes across channels to ensure maximum value creation Monitor the performance closely and leverage insights to inform channel strategy

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

7+ years of marketing and strategy experience  Experience in digital media or digital advertising  Experience leading customer acquisition channel strategy across both digital and offline channels Experience developing innovative growth strategies within digital channels to optimize funnel conversion Experience leading initiatives to optimize acquisition strategies within paid channels Innovative, problem solver with experience solving complex challenges Excellent analytical acumen and strong understanding of the financial drivers for credit card products  Ability to develop strong working relationships with senior level cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment  Highly effective communicator (both written and oral) with ability to influence executive audiences
